Josh’s passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being stems from his extensive education and diverse clinical experiences.
He completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from a prestigious university in the UK (2020), where he gained invaluable hands-on training in orthopedics, neurology, and even had the opportunity to work with the local professional football club, Oxford United.
Before his physiotherapy studies, Josh pursued a strong foundation in human movement sciences, earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a focus on muscle physiology from Brock University. This comprehensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricate workings of the human body and the ability to develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
Josh’s approach is grounded in the latest evidence-based practices in pain science, exercise prescription, and behavioural therapy. He has a keen interest in empowering patients to shift from a fragile to an agile mindset, fostering independence and resilience in their journey back to meaningful activities.
Central to his practice is a client-centered philosophy, built on compassion, empathy, and a genuine willingness to understand each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Josh has also expanded his expertise by completing clinical competency in vestibular rehabilitation, enabling him to better support individuals experiencing vertigo, dizziness, and concussion-related symptoms.
Additionally, he is certified in acupuncture, dry needling, and spinal manipulation techniques, further enhancing his therapeutic toolkit.

Sarita Chadda OT. Reg (Ont).
Sarita is an Occupational Therapist at Pillars of Wellness.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology) and a Master of Occupational Therapy degree (MOT) from the University of Manitoba. She has over 15 years of experience working with adults in both acute medicine and community-based settings. She is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
She has recently developed a passion in the area of mental health and has completed coursework in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Beck Institute as well as education specific to treatment for adults with ADHD and other cognitive challenges. In addition, other areas of interest to her include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Sarita is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and maximize their quality of life.

Occupational Therapist Lori Desjardine is very passionate about her work and takes great pride in helping others regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
I strongly believe in empowering each individual client to help them achieve success. I view each client as unique with their own individual strengths and challenges, thus programs are creatively designed to maximize outcomes and client-directed goals. I strive to devise innovative solutions to clients’ needs and am constantly seeking to enhance my knowledge in all areas of rehabilitation.
I take great pride in the fact that I am able to work so closely with client’s and families at a very vulnerable stage, to help bring a quality of life and joy back into their lives. I have over fifteen years of experience as an occupational therapist and have spent much of this time in the area of neurological rehabilitation and community-based practice.

Enkeleda (Leda) Nazaj-Bulovas MSW
Leda Nazaj is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Tirana (1998) and a Master degree from the university of Calgary (2008). She is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, as well as the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
Thought-out her career, Leda has dedicated her work in helping others throughout different organizations in support to women suffering from domestic violence, sexual abuse and other areas such as trauma, self-esteem, grief, marriage counselling and youth.
As a therapist, she developed her skills incorporating different modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialect Behavior Therapy and UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour).
Leda also spent over 10 years working as a crisis counsellor responding for services from the Toronto Police in support to victims of crime and sudden tragic circumstances such as grief and trauma.
In addition, Leda has provided counselling services for motor vehicles accident victims and worked as a crisis response worker at the Peel Children’s Centre, helping children and youth experiencing serious mental health issues and behavioural difficulties.

Aziza Sobh
Hello! My name is Aziza Sobh and I am a Registered Psychotherapist at New Heights Physiotherapy. My professional journey is characterized by a deep commitment to helping others overcome life’s challenges.
I hold an undergraduate degree from York University, where I pursued a double major in Kinesiology and Health Science and Psychology, which provided me with a multidimensional understanding of human well-being and laid the groundwork for my future endeavors in the realm of counselling psychology. Following the pursuit of my Bachelor’s degree, I went on to complete a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, from Yorkville University.
I’ve received additional training in specialized areas, including eating disorders, couples counselling (The Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2), ADHD, emotion-focused therapy, and suicide prevention.
I currently work with individuals aged 13 and above, as well as couples, offering support in areas such as addiction, mood disorders (e.g. depression and anxiety), emotion dysregulation, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress management, and marital/relationship issues. Additionally, my work extends to providing support and guidance to those with loved ones living with mood or personality disorders.
I employ a dynamic range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each client. My toolkit includes taking a Person- Centered approach, in addition to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), The Gottman Method, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
